Worst Customer Service Ever I received my MEC Sizemaster and while I was setting it up I noticed the chain hook on the primer pick-up arm was bent. I tried my best to fix it but was unable. I called MEC customer service and to make a long story short. They refused to help me and put me on hold and then hung up on me. This was after spending an hour on the phone trying to reach a real person and not a recording. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. April 7, 2014
