This is a very GOOD starter set. If you plan to reload using small amounts of powder I would purchase a better powder measure. The one that comes with the kit is not all that good.

Bought this kit for my son who was beginning to reload. Top quality ! The press works better than expected, and the scale is extremely accurate and easy to use. Added bonus is the copy of Lymans reloading manual 49th edition.

Unless there is a T mag kit for shot shells I think you are out of luck. This is a metal cartridge reloader.A:Â

Manually using a handle on the side of the turret. The handle can pop out and be put back into the opposite side of turret to keep work area free of the obstruction.A:Â
It has a detent at each postion and a lock for use.A:Â
The Turret plate has a spring and ball bearing pinned into it that rides on a hardened steele plate that has detents in it and is drilled and roll pinned into place.A:Â
go to youtube look up the press you are enquiring about and i am sure you will find a video explaining this-- it may even be from the manufacturerTop 1000 Contributor
A:Â
The turret on the press is very well made and high quality. There is a handle the goes in the turret in one of 2 locations, and is very easy to move. It locks in the correct place each time you move it, with the dies positioned to do their job.Details:Â
and what extra parts parts or things will i needAnswers
A:Â
Lymans T mag kits. It's a good press for the 7mm and has almost everything you need. You will need dies. (bullet seating, decaping, sizing.). I like Redding. If you are reloading for only one gun I recommend a neck sizing die. You can get by with the built in primer but I suggest a hand primer. They are pretty cheap.
I recommend searching reloading on You Tube. There's some very informative videos. You can learn how to set up and use your dies. Tips on reloading general. Caring for equipment.
A:Â
that appears to be everything you will need. Except i would trust a balance beam scale for absolute trueness. electronic scale tend to wander so it is something to look at. but for what you need to get started yes it is.A:Â
Any kit will work. All you need extra is a 7mm die set.1 of 1
