Rated 5 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent bait This is the first time I have fished with a swim-bait and it has quickly become a go to lure. Used it twice already and caught fish both times. Muskie when it was partly cloudy and 50, and Largemouth bass when it was sunny and 60. Both on the sassy shad. Very durable. Still using the first one out of the package. Stuck them on a YUM swim-bait hook. Do not try to pull off of hook, though. the holographic center will come out with hook. It is some type of heavy duty mesh material. April 13, 2014

A:
I used a YUM swim-bait hook. Start the point of the hook in the front of the bait and thread the hook through the center of the bait. Pull the tip of the hook through the back of the lure when it is approximately half way to the end of the lure. When this is done properly the lure will be straight with the tip of the hook sticking out the back of the minnow pointing back towards the eyes.

Staff Answer
A:
Per the manufacturer web site (see rigging instructions below), what you need for a 4.5” Bento is a 5/0 or 6/0 1/4oz or unweighted swim hook.
