Between me and my friends, we have owned seven or eight of these. Eats batteries quickly, many leak and get water in with the motor. On Off switch is frequently hard to cut on and off. If you do not put a swivel on, save time to unwind your string or your knotted up decoy strings. It puts a decent amount of motion in calm water with a strong battery and good motor, but don't get your feelings hurt if it only lasts 1/2 a season.

I bought two of these for the calm mornings. They looked good in the spread. However they lasted three hunts and died. All the internal wires and motor corroded up and fell apart. Now I'm out over $70 and I feel like I got robbed. DON'T BUY THESE THINGS THEY ARE GARBAGE.

I bought 2 of these, a Drake and a Hen just before this season started. The drake failed after about 5 minutes. The hen still works after a few tries with the switch. It works pretty good. It does put enough ripple action in the water to make the spread look more realistic on a still morning. You need at least two of them to do it right.

I bought two last year. The switch is not reliable and hard to get at. Not possible with glove. In fact the switch on one failed not long after I bought it. The other one leaked and failed. I only use them as static decoys now. The concept is good but the execution is a fail.
Not worth the money. Just use a jerk string.
