This is one of my go-to hardbaits because I can use it in a lot of different applications. You can fish it like a traditional crankbait with a steady retrieve, or you can fish it like a jerkbait with a stop-and-go retrieve. It suspends perfectly nose down. You'll have to tune it every once in a while, and the feather on the trebles give out after your first day of fishing the lure. (I replace all mine with Owners when I get them). Also, the paint chips fairly easily, and the scales on the MS model start to peel after a few uses. I finish mine with a few coats of Krylon clear acrylic, and they're good to go. If it weren't for the trebles and the paint job, I'd give these 5 stars.

I own the Bevy Shad 75 SP in golden shad, and it's my go-to-jerkbait anytime the wind's blowing and the water's clear.
Only reason it didn't get a 5 was the cost.

This Jerkbait/Crankbait is unlike any other type of bait on the market! It is one of the best jerkbaits i've ever used! I've caught plenty of bass on them in prespawn! If you looking for a GREAT jerkbait this product is for you!
