Developed by top pro angler Gerald Swindle, Lucky Craft's G-Splash Popper earned the nickname ''Buzzing Topwater'' by producing a continuous high-pitched splashing sound as you work it quickly just below the surface. Complete with a detailed finish and strong, sharp hooks. When fish are active, they won't hesitate to follow and blow up on a G-Splash Popper!
Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Lure... Bad Price Although this is a great popper that catches its share of fish, it cost more than 3x the price of just-as-good REBEL poppers. I have caught many panfish/bass on these lures but I don't believe that they should cost over $15!!!! Also the tail feathers tear out after a few fish. June 5, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Big bass lure This lure works great pop pop twitch stop repeat. Had two bass fighting over it almost landed both. Then caught my biggest bass yet.my lure actually has a prop on it, not sure if bass pro offers the popper with prop on it. I have had great success landing big bass with lucky craft lures. The one in the pic was 4.7lbs braid does not work well with these lures if you use braid I suggest using a fluorocarbon leader or it will tangle up. May 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Popper Very easy to produce a solid splash. Good colors, great sound, fantastic hooks. High quality engineering ensures that the front hook is far enough from the line that the hook can not catch the line. So frustrating to make the perfect cast and then to have the hook foul on the line. A bit expensive and will make your heart skip a beat if the knot comes undone, but a good investment for my topwater arsenal. July 13, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by not worth the cost Save $10 and go buy a Pop-R. You would think that a bait that looks exactly like another, but is three times more expensive would sound different, walk the dog easier, float a little different, etc. I purchased this bait cause I and everyone else fishing a community hole been catching Large mouth on a pop-R and figured this change would give me an edge. I'm stickn to the pop-R. July 7, 2010
