The Luck-E-Strike Perfect Worm Rig is the ultimate rig for flipping or pitching in heavy cover. Features a molded-on bullet-shaped head that penetrates brush easily.
Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 49 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pictures Are Reversed The two similar products, perfect worm rig and perfect finesse worm rig have their pictures reversed. This caused me to purchase the wrong product. The finesse worm rig has the short neck and the worm rig has the long neck. The pictures are reversed on the web site. Still an excellent product!!! March 11, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Post Front Bass I've found this rig to be extremely effective for post front bass. When they're tight on structure/wood, this bait allows you a pinpoint presentation, often landing this bait where a texas or carolina rig can't get to. September 3, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quick Easy Talk about quick and easy! These are great for heavy cover. Weight is always in place. Don't have to worry about pegging. Even better if you use a little super glue on your soft plastics with this hook. Won't have to worry about your soft plastics falling down the hook. August 24, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by no more pegging Maybe I'm just lazy, but being able to take a step out of rigging a worm makes sense to me. This handy little device uses a Gamakatsu EWG worm hook, which is my favorite hook for most applications. If you like to use a TX rig, and especially around cover, give this a try. Since the weight is actually attached to the hook, there's no way it can get separated, which helps keep you from getting hung up as badly. There is a limited color selection, but it works. I just use the black/red glitter for dark plastics and the pumpkin/green glitter for lighter colors. Now if they only made this with a superline hook for flipping creature baits..... May 25, 2009

A:
The ones I purchased were. However, they are not as reliable as normal Gamakatsu offset worm hooks. This one broke just below the weight on my first hook up.

A:
They will work fine with tubes as long as they are not really large. What I mean is the diameter can't be so big that the hook cannot get through the tube and in to the fish. I would use a standard wide gap tube hook under most circumstances.

I think it depends on the weight. Usually 3 or 4 per pack.
