I use the 6/0 model with the BPS Stik-O that's just over 7". (I know, I know...that's not what a senko-type plastic is designed for...but the bass are telling me otherwise right now.) That's a big, thick worm. If you are in lunker bass waters in the South or out West go with an even bigger plastic like the 10" Yum Mightee Worm. That meaty profile on the bottom draws bigger fish usually 3 pounds or better where I'm at. Just cast along or into the weeds, or pitch it by or under a tree, and shake it once in a while. The presentation looks like a leech or a snake feeding on the bottom. Great lure keeper on this jighead, stout, sharp hook. All in all, a quality tool for catching pond monsters.

These jig heads are great for those 10-12" worms on drops. Glad I purchased them for my tackle line up...They do the job!

i fish alot jigheads,leadheadsor what ever you want to call them.i don't have to keep pushing my worm, lizard or what ever plastic bait i'm using.got to use the big hooks though or you'll miss some fish.

The item is great because of hook size. But painted finish is awful, it does not stay 3 to 4 hours.
