Gloss Coat work better.
Hard Head is ok for sealing thead on a fly head but will not coat well on a fly spoon. Hard Head tends to bead up/ not flow well on the slick surface of epoxy. Also, the brush is too large for small areas.
I like Gloss Coat much better because it has a better build up and pin point accuracy.
