This is a perfect addition to any deer camp. How many times have you "borrowed" the wifes frying pan to take on a trip, only to return with it, bent, dinged, and scratched up? No more, About the only way you hurt this thing is to blow it to pieces. No matter what you cook in this, it still keeps going. Usually easy to "clean up" ( as if that really happens at deer camp). Just grab some paper towels and give it a good wipe down. I do recommend you follow the pre-use directions to increase the use of this , and the taste of your food. We use this for eggs, bacon, tenderloin, fried potatoes, sausage, campfire cornbread, you name it. I have since gotten some of these just to use at my house instead of my wife's expensive "non stick,easy clean" frying pans. Great product, and makes deer camp seem a little more enjoyable.

Works Just As Well At Home
This griddle works just as well at home as it does at the campsite. It cooks bacon, eggs, pancakes or just about anything you can think of. It never leaves our stove top as it is probably one of the most used cooking utensils in our kitchen, It would be easier to tell you what it hasn't cooked than what it has. A great addition to any kitchen that can always be taken on that camping or hunting trip.

Lodge products may be used on various heat sources including gas, electric, induction and ceramic/glass top stoves and ovens. Seasoned cast iron can also be used on the grill or for camp cooking. Do not to drop cookware on the stovetop or slide across the surface. Begin heating cookware on low and slowly bring heat up to medium or medium/high. Always remove cookware from the stovetop after cooking. We recommend that you refer to your stove/range manufacturer’s owner manual for more information regarding ceramic/glass top stovetop requirements.
