The best steaks ever! It heats up quickly and I can use it on my outdoor grill as well as indoor on the ceramic stove. I use it for healthy cooking as it has no TEFLON or related toxic non stick coating. However the steaks, hamburgers and fish that I cooked so far do not stick to the pan. Amazing product!

This pan is of typical Lodge brand high quality. It works good for general grilling and keeps the food out of the grease, making it a good choice if you don't want your food swimming in grease. I also really like the extra grab handle. It is a handy addition.
