Well, it's a great hitch and love the built in lock feature. My only problem is that it came with a ball but since that is NOT shown in the picture and NOT mentioned in the description...I purchased a separate 2" ball. So now I'm stuck with 2. Not sure it's worth the effort to return the ball to Bass Pro for just a few bucks but kinda wish the advertiser would fix the picture...add the ball!

I used one of these for a little more than a year , until I needed something with a little deeper pitch. This hitch worked very well and was very easy to use, not having to have a lock pin.
