After 3 uses the paint is peeling away on of the buckles broke the other fell off and floated away. I am going to make my own modifications that I hope will work. For what I paid it is not worth it. Rated 5 out of 5 by Vetman Works Great!! I have a 70lb Golden which loves to swim, but we have always had a problem getting him back into our boat. This product worked with our dog as soon as it was placed on the ladder! After a couple of lessons of guiding him properly to the platform he now has this mastered! Plus this gives him an area to rest on instead of the lower unit which I was never crazy about. I have a Bayliner 175 and this platform fits as though it was custom made for my boat! I'm positive this investment compaired to future doctor bills I would incurr because of my back will be well worth it! No more trying to lift 70lbs out of the water! June 22, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lamonaca Very pleased Load-A-Pup Boat Platform easily installed on our Bayliner ladder. Our 96 Lb. Choc. Lab Puppy was able to figure it out on his first try. The platform is easily stored unlike some of the ramps we looked at. Overall we are very pleased with purchase....and I know our dog is. May 24, 2011

Rated 1 out of 5 by 555Bigdog Poor Design Even after severa modifications this step would not work with my boat. The step just hangs there and one bunp from the dog and it ends up at the bottom of the lake. Thank goodness I was in shallow water. There needs to be some kind of clamping system to secure this to the boat and some level of floation so if the dog hits it when climbing on it would not sink. August 16, 2010

I have a 21 foot Triton fish/ski with a ladder. How does this platform mount to the ladder?
