A favorite for crappie, stream trout and walleye, The Little Nipper is an excellent jig and a must have for every angler. Equipped with quality painted heads, these jigs also sport brightly colored contrasting tail feathers that make it truly irresistible. The hypnotic looking black eyes work to make these jigs look even more realistic. 2 pack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great The Little Nippers do a good job of catching fish. Although I have yet to catch my first crappie with it, I have enjoyed my purchase and use of the multipurpose jig. I've brought the Nipper down to the dam and have caught Northern Pikes. There are many ways to use this jig. May 3, 2012

A:
I use a Daiichi 1130 size no. 10-12. These are thin gage hooks and great for hook setting. They are sharp and very easy to get it loose from the trout's mouth. The trout will not get hurt if catch n released. Hope this helps...
