Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by String Leech I was using "Monkey Tails" but they were breaking off and didn't stay in place. These WORK!!! March 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Does what it's supposed to do Not only does it assist in silencing the string, it assists in keeping the peep oriented in the right direction. Many people don't know that sliding one of these items down the string an inch or so can fix the twist that may have set up in the peep sight. This fixes it. February 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by price is rite So far so good no complaints and the price was a lot less than the other similar items October 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Quiet These are good for the price and made my bow a lot quieter. Only problem is that eventually the will rip but comes with four so you shouldn't need another pack. August 9, 2013

A:
You don't need a bowpress, but you do need to back off the limbs 5-6 turns and use the peep sight/string separator tool to divide the strings into equal numbers and slide the silencer between the strings. You may need to slide them up or down on the strings or cables to tune them, but the best location on the strings is about an inch away from the cams.

Put the bow in the press and then split the string. Put the silencer in between the split and then take the bow out of the press. You can slide it around from there
