I managed to get this to work, but the screws tear/pull through the foam too easilly. I had to reinstall the screws with washers in order for it to work.

this product keeps the lights in my boat in a nice neet place. i like the things in my boat secrure and also to have a place. this product does that very well for an affordible price.

I order this thing to hold my lights just like the title implys. I don't think it will last long because all they give you are some screws, foam and a velcro strap. You have to make your own holes in the setup to secure to the boat. I think after a few boat rides the screws are going to rip right throught the foam. They could have made the holes for me and beefed uped the area around the hole. Works for now.
