First off I bought it believing it was and 8x lens turns out it was just a 6x
Glass was clear rannges good in open space took trip out to the woods everthing had a 30-32 inch spread according to the trophy mode had trouble with it going past small twigs to range some bulls I spotted so if would'nt range and elk in the forest because of some clutter I took it back and went with the nikon instead
