Rated 5 out of 5 by .223 remington I've purchased the lee's 223 Remington pace setter dies and i love them i was forced to purchase the rcb dies from my local gun store it's cost me a fortune with the lee's die i'm able to decap military brass with the resizing die and so much easier to sure with the rcb i was constantly had to fix the bullet seating die with lee's once it's set it's set. i'll never go back to anything but lee's. i also have .303 british, .270 win and 30/06 with lee's October 13, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by great purchase Although I am a fan of the RCBS presses, I believe Lee reloading dies are far superior. October 24, 2011

A:
Lee does have dies for 6mm (assume you mean 6mm Rem). 243 is not the same and will not work correctly.

Well you picked a honey to start with! Lee dies will work fine. You'll need to trim well and get something to remove the military primer crimp on fired brass. I use a pilot bit on a drill press. Don't use Rem 6.5 primers, use 7.5 or CCI.

You can use just 2 of the available stages for these dies or can add the additional collet crimp die that lee makes. I use it in the 308 caliber.

In pistol format, if available, get the Lee Carbide 4 die set which includes expander/powder charger and the factory crimp.

For rifle, I would suggest the Lee Deluxe Rifle 3 die set which includes sizing for full and neck. Just add a few bucks to get the rifle die Powder Charger and a Factory Crimp in addition to run on your 4 stage setup.

Those are my kits, hope this helps
