Rated 5 out of 5 by dwbga Excellent! I've carried a Leatherman on my belt for over 25 years. As rancher I use it all the time. I had the chrome version of the Wave and gave it up for the Surge because of the no lock on it. Now this one has the locks and I went back to it immediately when I saw it. Best tool I have. If you like these kinds of knives buy this one. April 17, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Noid Best tool/ knife This thing is so sharp it could be used as a sergical tool and I've used it several times the first week I started to carry it. As an electrician I recommend it for a daly carry tool. It's well worth the price. The case is just as well made not cheep materials here. May 13, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Northface Wave I have owned this multi-tool for only two months and I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. This tool is build very solid. I have used previous tools and had them fall apart very quickly... not with this beauty. Puts up with tons of abuse. Out of the package the knives are super sharp and ready for anything. I use it both at work and around the house. This thing is never more then a arms reach away. Having the ability to open the knives with one hand is very convenient and safe with locks on all the tools it comes with. If you are looking for an all around solid multi-tool this is the one to have on your belt. April 16, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by limberwulf Best Multitool design by far I used one of the original Leatherman Waves for many years, with great satisfaction. For Christmas I received the newer version, which has some great improvements. It is missing two sizes of flat screw dirver, but replaced that with a new, smaller flat head and an equivalent philips head, which were not available on theolder model. The pliers are broader in the center, which will help with the ruggedness of the plier, especially the wire cutters, which I found began to lose tightness on the older model Wave. Also, the accessories all lock, not just the blades, which is a HUGE improvement.in usage. I am very happy with the new design, I always thought the Wave was the best of the multitools, now its even better. February 4, 2012
