Rated 5 out of 5 by JCinKC Excellent overall, but
As with most leatherman tools, this quality is outstanding. The only tiny feature wish is for the wire cutter to work well with fiber wires. I tried to cut the key chain that comes in one of those enterprise rent a cars, but it couldn't hack it. Other wise the blade and the pliers are excellent. the screw bits work great (although the spare bit holder does have a tendency to drop the bits if you drop the multi-tool). Overall, excellent tool and light and strong as heck.

Rated 4 out of 5 by fshrmn Great pocket multitool
I purchased the skeletool about 5 months ago and love it. I use it on almost a daily basis and have had little issues. The only improvement I would like to see is a more secure holder for the extra screwdriver bit. The skeletool is small enough to keep clipped on your pocket and still proves to be very usefull. Like all other Leathermans I have, the blade holds and edge very well. I have recommended this to many co-workers that have also bought and love this tool.

I've always heard how good leatherman tools were...well, I am not impressed. I paid $89.99 for my Skeletool from BPS back in the summer. It only took about three weeks before I noticed the screws were coming loose and the blade would "wiggle" and be hard to close. I finally purchased the right size star-bit to keep it tight. That worked for a little while but I was having to tighten everyday. Now the screw is gone and it's on its way for replacement. I also had a regular leatherman knife that the tip broke off cutting rubber tubing. I just hope their customer service is better then their product quality.

The first one that i purchased, the screw driver bits would not stay in. I returned it, and in just a few days i was using the plier to hold a nut on a bolt i was tightening, 1/4 inch drive, and one side of the plier broke off. I went back to my Gerber after that.
