I think this knife is perfect. I have always preferred a regular folding knife because most multi tools are too big and bulky and slow to open to get the the knife (which i use most) and also most dont have a clip that you can just put on your pocket because i hate the little cases that you have to run your belt though. But this tool is small enough to fit into the small watch pocket with a clip to hold it in place, the knife opens easy with a flip of the thumb (other reviewer must be weak), and the knife came so so sharp, it will cut the hair right off your arm. pliars are also strong, haven't used the cutters yet but this whole knife is high quality so im sure they will work just fine.

Have been collecting and using leathermans for 2 decades. I own close to 20, but his is the model I carry and use the most. It's pliers and a knife, that's it. But those constitute 90% of my usage with any multitool.
The blade is easy and quick one handed open and close. It's also locking. Not for heavy chores, but no folder is. The pliers are fairly sturdy given the size. Great for taking out fish hooks or picking up hot cans off the fire.
Aside from the now retired mini-tool, it's the sturdiest leatherman in a smaller EDC size. The Juice models have more functions but aren't as strong.
Leatherman has fantastic warranty service, though it's unlikely you'll ever need it.

For having a thumb stud the blade on this tool is quite hard to open. The pliers are almost too small to be practical for tightening anything. Further, the pliers are not real needlenose. They are a little too blunt for small spaces. Workmanship on this unit left me feeling that he whole tool was a little bit overtightened at the factory because I still find it difficult to open. And for only having 4 tools on this Leatherman the price is a little high for the limited function you are getting.
