This unique, two-stage sharpening system sharpens the blade at a 20º angle to thin and tune the blade edge, then sharpens it at a 25º angle to sharpen the bevel of the blade edge for durable, professional results. This easy-to-use system features a hardwood turnbox base pre-drilled to hold its two medium grit alumina ceramic rods at the proper angles. The hardwood base also features internal rod storage. I was a little disappointed in the fit of the crock sticks in the base unit, the sticks are a little looser than I would like. They do a great job of sharrpening though, My kitchen knives have never been so sharp.

I'm a chef and i use it every other day. excellent product. Though its not really a knife sharpener, it is still the best steel i have ever owned. Keep up the good work
