Rated 4 out of 5 by Cmpact, not convinced about the serrated sharpenin Got this to keep in my basement. I had the previous/simpler model, which now lives in my pack. That one doesn't have the white ceramic serration sharpener side. The description says the white serrated sharpener can "get inside even the smallest serrations". Well, my everyday carry lockback has serrations that are smaller than this ceramic. But that is my knife's fault, not the sharpener. If your serrations are at least a couple of 16ths of an inch wide, it'll work. December 7, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Right for the price If you want a handy tool in your pocket for a quick sharpen this will do the trick. I found the carbide and ceramic to not be terribly effective, but using the serrated ceramic for a quick sharpen was quite effective on any blade. Did scratch up the blade a bit. Overall, would recommend it to anyone needing a pocket sized tool for anytime sharpening. August 21, 2012
