It is an awesome fire pit, good price compared to most. Poker should be longer no doubt, and if it only had a pull out tray for easier cleanup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by VLizzle Great Fire Pit
LOVE my new fire pit!!!! Very durable, easy to put together, attractive and great size. Large enough to hold big logs and looks awesome when burning at night. Also the BEST price from Bass Pro!!! Searched around and found the pit elsewhere from $150-$200!!

Rated 3 out of 5 "ok" Item, over priced.
Assembly was very easy, but time consuming (about a 25 minute solo task) I did not attach the hood (top) because of the length of wood I needed to burn. The gate door is large enough to add wood and poke at the fire. The poking stick, however, is very short: Elbow to wrist length, so I don't use it. After 3 fires, each lasting about 3 hours, the powder coating began to peel off from a couple of spots (my only concern here is that rust might set in later since I keep this outside). Also, the animal cut outs allow a lot of air to access the fire. This has caused my fires to burn out faster. You can feel the heat all around this thing, and it is lovely to look at the glowing animals. I feel that I overpaid for this at $89, but it has definitely gets the job done.
