  • Fully sealed conical drag system
  • Delivers optimal performance
  • Abrasion-resistant finish
  • 100% solid polyurethane coating
  • Frame and spool die-cast from aluminum alloy under high pressure
In creating the Konic II Fly Reel, Lamson had one goal: to make a reel with high-end performance, top-tier technology, and a reasonable price. To ensure the Konic II Fly Reel delivers optimal performance, Lamson incorporated the same fully sealed conical drag system featured in premium Lamson reels. The Konic II's frame and spool were die-cast under high pressure from aluminum alloy, resulting in single-part pieces that are strong, smooth, and consistent. A 100% solid polyurethane coating provides an abrasion-resistant finish—no electrostatic paint here! The result is a strong, great-looking Lamson Konic II Fly Reel with outstanding performance for the price. Color: Black.

Lamson Konic II Spare Spools sold separately and can be found through item search for sku number 1964853.
Rated 4 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Fly Reel I bought this fly reel last fall when my old one broke. I was looking for a good reel but didn't have much to spend on one. This one turned out to be Great. I found out that this reel uses the same drag system as Lamson High end reels. Big plus. One can also get spare spools to switch out lines on. Easy to change spools anywhere. Only Con: the spool is not attached by any screws or nuts, it just pops on and off. (it does take a bit of pressure to push the spool off thou). I would recommend this reel to anyone that wants a Great reel and doesn't want to spend several hundreds of dollars. March 22, 2013
