This hard finish, quick-drying lacquer paint is the universal choice for painting cork and balsa bodied poppers, metal dumbbell eyes for Clouser Deep Minnows, along with bead chain and coneheads. Also used for painting eyes on streamer heads. Black is still used for shiny smooth heads on Atlantic Salmon flies. 1 oz. bottle.

Is easy to use and drys quick. Anail or small wooden peg works well for eyes.

I prefer lacquer paint because it dries faster than enamel.
