Rated 5 out of 5 by DOE1 Great These boots are great. You can wear them all day with out a problem. They are light and fit great. If your a hunter and the weather where are isn't that bad these boots and go pair of shocks work well. Thanks, November 7, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by noLaCrosse poor quality I have always been a die hard LaCrosse customer until I purchased the AlphaBurley Sport boots. Within 3 months the soles detached. Luckily, LaCrosee has awesome customer service and I recieved a new pair at no cost ($12 shipping). 6 months after receiving the new pair, same thing happened. November 5, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brent23 Quality boot I bought these boots for my son as I've had very good success with this style boot from La Crosse. Excellent durability and comfort!! Easy on..easy off. The only downside is they need to be wiped down with a wet, scent-free cloth if you plan to hunt deer as there is a noticable rubber smell to them. November 5, 2012

Details:cant make up my mind between alpha sst or alpha sport i like to do duck goose deer hunting im 51 & my feet always get cold then the game is over i have to leave hunting if any one can help please do god bless thank you
Details:i wear size 11.5 should i get 11 or 12?
A:These boots have Neoprene insulation not Thinsulate
A:None it doesn't have thinsulate at all it's like a wet suit insulation for your feet. I double the sock if the temps get in the 30s.
A:It should tell you in the ad. Neoprene all the way to 1200 and beyond. Call them if you have any questions before ordering.
Details:When it comes to shopping for a new pair of boots, how would I know if 3.5 mm of neoprene will be as warm as the 1000 gram thinsulate boots I own now. In other words, how many grams of thinsulate would a 3.5mm neoprene be equal to?
A:I really cant answer that. But I can tell you these boots are not as warm as boots with 1000 grams of Thinsulate.
A:There is no comparison. I have a dozen pair of boots from 1200 grams down to uninsulated which has neoprene inside. If you need warmth go with the 1000 grams of thinsulate.
