I bought this because never having to re-set it sounded like a good idea. I've now been through the procedures to set this clock (yes, there are procedures) three times. And the time is still off by 2 hours and 15 minutes. I've tried calling the non-toll free customer service line for LaCrosse, but no luck. I had been on hold for over 28 minutes when a message came on an told me to leave a message and they'll call me back. Forget that. This thing is going back.
