was cutting jerky by hand took alot of time found the jerky slicer and tenderize grinder attachment
so odered it .know i slice 10 lbs in just 5 mins clean up is easy love it

I received this item a few days ago and have used it three times already. What a time saver. The tenderizer works perfectly. I run my pieces through twice- Just drop a piece of meat into the shoot , it falls out the bottom, pick it up and rotate it 1/2 turn and drop it through again. You have a beautifully cross hatched tenderized steak. The whole process takes about 2 seconds! The jerky slicer is just as good. Perfect even slices. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner! Oh and it's easy to take apart and clean too! A quality piece.
