I purchased this foot switch AFTER I had purchased the #8 grinder and processed all my deer meat, while filling the poly bags and having to turn the grinder off by hand every time I seen where this could be a very usefully attachment. After getting the foot switch like any kid with a new toy I had to try it out even though I did not have any meat to grind or bag, I can see where this will be a time saver and no more having to turn the grinder off and on by hand using the switch on the grinder. Chalk this one up to lesson learned.

I've been grinding my own for over 20 years..... Why I never invested in one of these escapes me. It will work on all 120 Volt grinders and is a great addition, esp. if you are a sausage maker. I used it for the first time today to process a deer and it was nice not to have to listen to a constantly running grinder or have to constantly switch the machine on/off by hand each time a casing was filled.

This product works as advertised. It is very well made and reasonable priced. It gives you an extra hand when using your grinder. It also keeps your messy hands off of the power switch on the grinder.
Just plug the grinder into the plug on the foot switch. It dosen'st get much easier. Well done Lem!

This is one the best things you need for your grinder. You can do everything by yourself. Works great if you make your own sausage. Sometimes the casings come off fast or slow and with the foot control, you have your hands free to handle the casings.
