These are great
I mix 50 0/0 elk or deer with 50 0/0 pork and use Grandma LaMure's spice and slice salami mix and stuff these casings. put in fridge for 24 hrs then smoke wirh alder wood for 1 hr. at 300 degrees. Put in fridge for 2-3 days to let the meat shrink and WOW it cant get any better than this! The taste and color are perferct

Yes there is. I havent seen these for a while But if i remember right the 3lb is about twice the diameter. I like the 3lb Casings as I like Deer sausage and I can make about 18 (avg) 3 lb sausages rather than way more 1lb sausages. Either one you choose these are GREAT casings!!
