I've used this to tenderize venisen round steaks, chuck roasts and other meats, all with the same excellent results. Easy to use, easy to clean, and a quality product that should last for years.

The LEM meat tenderizer works great, especially if you are marinading the meat. It lets the marinade get through out the steak or chop. It is recomended to clean it by hand, as soon as possible after use, The dishwasher dosen't do an adiquate job.

This tenderizer is the best i have found. It is simple to use and cleans up in a second. It is heavy built and should last for years.
