Process your food quickly and easily with the LEM® Products Dehydrator. The large 10-tray dehydrator has a huge 16 square foot drying area. The fan and 800 watt heating element are mounted in the rear of the unit, providing fast, even drying without tray rotation. This unit has an adjustable thermostat and 12 hour timer and shuts off automatically when the preset time has elapsed. Comes with ten 16'' x 14-1/2'' shelves. External dimensions are 18'' x 15'' x 16-1/2''. Excellent for drying jerky, herbs, fruits and vegetables. Instructions included. 110 volt.

I shopped around for a dehydrator for quite a while. I am impressed with the quality and quietness of this product. I love the size of the dehydrator which allows me to dehydrate up to 4 batches at one time. I so love that this has stainless steel shelves. The only bummer is that the shelving grate holes are a tad bit too far apart.

The dehydrator works at least as well as advertized, I made 14 pounds of jerky after marinating overnight. Very nice and done in 5 hrs as advertized.

Yes, when the timer goes off so does the unit :)

yes it does, defaults to 10 hours and you can increase or decrease from there. No way to decrease the time just have to roll it over to set for less than 10 hours.Details:Â
