This stuff is great for making deer jerky. Highly recommend.

Used 2 of their seasonings and both had no flavor. Both were a disappointment. Have used another product from BassPro that is much more tasty, and it is not one of the big name products. Would not buy this brand again. Also, their packaging leaves something to be desired. When opening the package, the seasoning is loose in the package and the cure is buried in the seasoning. Would be nice if they were in separate packaging. Would not buy this brand again.

This is a reasonable way to make great jerky. I like to eat jerky from the store but it is to expensive. This is an easy way to make your own.

I have used Backwoods jerky mix by LEM several times and it always turns out Great! Friends of mine have supplied the Elk,Venison,& Mule Deer and I make it and keep half it's a win win for me!
