First time I made 5 lbs. and it was grate shared my sausage with friends and family they raved over them I was ask when could i make them some so I ordered the larger pack for 25 lbs. I made 12 lbs. The next time and now I have been ask for more. just follow the directions and you will be making sausage for all your friends thank you lem for your product

Made about 35 lbs of Hot Italian sausage with venison blended with pork and a little beef. Served it both in spaghetti sauce and as horsdouvre. Absolutely delicious.
