Great Sausage Seasoning
After trying several sausages made by various butchers who did my deer, I was never really happy with the results and many just were plain awful. When I started butchering my own, I purchased the LEMs' variet pack figuring it couldn't be any worse. I used the breakfast sausage first, and it was wonderful!! I am now looking to order some of the hog casings and try the Italian sausage. The breakfast mix is definitely a winner in my book!!

Easy to use. I used it almost double strength to get the flavoring I wanted but it blends well and tasts good. Only drawback is it is a little pricey

I really liked bob evans but last few times I bought it was full of things that should not have been in it. i.e. pieces that chewed like rubber . I tried backwoods and found it to be very good and easy to make.
I am no planning on making all of my own Breakfast sausage, hope Bob is not too sad

Good and easy
The mix had clear instructions and was very easy to use. I made up a 9 lb batch, which required a little match to convert the measurements, but it was pretty simple. The sausage turned out good. It definitely has a sweet maple flavor. I would like it to have a little more spice to it as well, so I will probably doctor up my next batch.
