Great for tying a quick nail knot or snelling a hook. Can be used to join together two lines also. Just follow the instructions and you will be knotting away in no time.

I have come to rely on this tool many times. It's small size makes it perfect for tackle bags and boxes. I use it mostly for snelling leaders to hooks, but it is great for line-to-line and line-to-leader knots. Of course you can tie the same knots without the tool, but the Kwik Tie makes the knots much smaller and stronger.

This was a little small to work with so the size hook you snelled was kind of limited. It worked but then I bought the fast tie knot tyer from the fly shop and now I know what great is. That little metal device is much better than the Kwik Tie. Still have the both but this one is just for backup.

Good tool that does what it says. The brass tube could be a touch longer for easier use, that would make it a 4 star product. Only 3 stars because it did not come with the "excellent how-to instruction book." It came with one folded sheet that showed how to tie a nail knot with it. You will have to go to the manufacture's website to get the rest of the information to utilize this tool.
