  • Flat fine mylar strands
  • Intermittent "scaly" look
  • Picks up light from any direction
Our Krystal Flash is comprised of flat, fine strands of reflective mylar that are twisted, giving the flash an intermittent ''scaly'' look. Krystal Flash will pick up light from any direction. Krystal Flash can be used for a wide variety of fly tying applications; such as placing a few fibers in a parachute post to tremendously help visibility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Use it on everything! I have been using Krystal Flash for several years now. I started using it just for tying flies and loved it for streamers and such. When I saw some crank baits with the fancy tails on the rear hook, I knew that I could make much better ones. I now put Krystal Flash tails on every crank bait, spoon, spinner and spinner bait that I use. I have made believers out of several other people after making a few tails for them. Great product! Rated 5 out of 5 by Fly Fishing Supplies The products have met all my expectations as usual with BassPro shops products and they are esay to work with and produce excellent flies. I ordered the products because I needed them for seminar tying cless and they arrived on time with the most economical shipping cost. I would recommend these products for anyone that ties flies. Rated 5 out of 5 by Adds great details to flies This is a must have for fly tying, I'd say. Small strands add lots of color and/or shiny to your flies. There's a reason it's a very common part of tying recipes. Bass Pro's price is reasonable for this as well. January 26, 2011

A:
enough to make a lot of smaller flies. I usually make tails on treble hooks and still make quite a few out of each bunch. I think it is a good deal for the money.
