Korkers Redside Wading Boots for Men
I've owned these boots for about a year and the only thing still intact are the laces. The toe guards are hanging on by threads, the fabric on the sides has almost worn through and the seams on the inside between the fabric and the rubber are no longer intact allowing pebbles and small rocks into the boot. If you fish lakes and don't walk on freestone rivers they would probably be ok but mine are pooched after one season. I pack duct tape with me for the day the sole finally lets go from the boot so I can hopefully make it back to the truck without a broken foot. When I can afford a new pair of boots it won't be these!

I bought these in August before a steelhead trip on the Deschutes River. After hiking 2 miles in and 2 miles out I was disgusted to see that the soles were tearing apart and the sides of the boots were literally falling apart. The inside stitching on both feet were coming apart after 1 trip. I continued to wear them since I had no other option at the time and now they are useless. They didn't even survive a single weekend walking along fairly easy terrain. I am not sure about the other boots from Korker's, but these are the most poorly made boots I have ever owned.

One boot fits all conditions
I bought this boot last summer. I fish Michigan and was looking (Like everyone), for a boot for all conditions. (Trout fisherman want it all).
One of the bottom plates I purchased was with the aluminum bars on the bottom for traction on rocks. I couldn't believe how well these aluminum bars worked. They literally bite.
When I fished Colorado.....some of the rivers were all rocks and these boots were excellent and made me feel very secure.
Easy on and easy off. Great product

I bought these for my son after he took a hard fall on a backcountry brookie stream when he was 9. Like any parent, I wanted him to feel safe while wading, and from personal use, knew I could trust Korkers' Omnitrax soles to keep him off of his butt. That was three seasons ago, and I'm not sure he'll get a fourth - the kid is growing like a weed. If they don't fit this year, you can bet that I'll confidently buy him another pair of Redsides.
