Korkers® BuckSkin Wading Boots for Men - Felt/Kling-On®
Not good in deep mud!
As a biologist, I work in and around rivers in a variety of substrates, from boulders to solid concrete to sand, gravel, and occasionally, deep silt/clay. Wish there was a more positive method of "locking" the soles onto the boot, so if it became detached from the bottom it would at least still be in tow and recoverable. I've worn these a total of 3 times. The 2nd time, I lost a Kling-On sole, but recovered it as it was barely hanging on when I got to dry ground. Third time, not so lucky. I didn't notice it missing until I headed back to the vehicle. It is now buried somewhere about 10" into the mud under 2' of 50 degree water.

I'm new to wade fishing and after reading reviews decided on the buckskins for my first pair. So far they've served me very well. They're so comfortable in and out of the water. I carry both the rubber and felt soles with me whenever I go fishing and depending on the terrain I can easily swap them. The only drawback that I've come across so far is that they seem a little slow to dry. Other than that they're great. I would suggest buying a full size larger than your normal shoe size, that's what I did and they fit nicely

I bought these direct from the company, they were delivered as promised. I gave them a field test to see how they would hold up. So far no problems they with stood going down ruff terrain to the river, in the water I was surprised how well the Klingon grip bottoms worked, no slips. They are easy to put on and take off. I'm satisfied with them

very nice boots
The boot is awesome for the interchangeable bottoms and high ankle support but I did notice that there isn't a lot of flex to the boot itself. Very very stiff boot. Rather than that I'll be using them till I destroy them!
