The Ultimate Rattle Bag needs a little tweaking to become a good rattle call. The bag itself is too long for the tines so they tend to slide up and down the bag a lot during calling. The elastic band designed to hold the tines still is placed too far toward the end and also is not sufficiently tight enough to keep the times from moving while walking. I had to stuff it in my pocket to keep it silent. I did do some nice rattling once I figured out how to hold it so these problems weren't as problematic.

Sound is good, small and easily fits in a pocket or back pack. Bag does feel a little thin but I haven't had any problem with it. Made in the US too

I've used this rattle bag on several hunts and it's gotten some attention, but this season it did it's job...used it to help bring in and down my first ever deer - a 10 point whitetail! Loud enough (use different hits/emphasis), compact, now I won't leave home without it!

It was $10.00. loud and worth every penny....the bad does seem a little flimsy, so just don't abuse it.

The strap is intended to keep it quiet when you carry it. For the best result you should take the strap off.Top 100 Contributor

I do not know if that is what is intended. but when I use it, I do not have the elastic strap around it. I use the elastic strap to keep it quiet when transporting it, or so I do not make any unwanted sounds while in stand, like when reaching for gun/bow.1 of 1
