When I opened the box, there was white powder all over the place, the package with the borax ripped and went everywhere. I bought this to match one I bought 2 years ago, hoping to have a matched set. They decided to change the dimensions of the center support piece, so they don't match. Overall it is a good looking mount, but the screw holes could be drilled a little bigger. I almost stripped the head trying to tighten the screws all the way in.
