Rated 4 out of 5 by Skewbee Overall decent design.
Tall tubular design means a nice small footprint; not bulky.
Couple areas of improvement:
- More Secure Zipper. Zippers move too easily. If you were to transport these filled, there is a good chance they would open and leak sand. A beefier zipper with more resistance or Velcro latch is needed.
- Add Second Velcro Strap. Rather than just the single strap in the middle, these tall tubes could use two equidistant straps so the top and bottom are secure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Phred Worked Great
I bought these weight bags just before a trip to the Outer Banks of NC expecting to use our canopy on the beach. The bags were easy to fill with sand once we arrived at the beach and easy to attach and remove as we took the canopy down every evening and set it up the next morning. They held the canopy rock steady in the coastal breeze, at times gusting up to about 20 mph. When the week was over, we just shook the sand out of them, rolled them up, and they were easy to pack for the trip home.

I like these bags, but they are better suited for rocks than for sand. The zip-tops slip open a bit and let the sand leak out. We solved the problem with safety pins.

Before we had a chance to use the weights one of the zippers would not stay closed. It seemed like a great idea but I'm thinking a velcro closure would have worked a lot better

I assume that you fill these up with sand?Answers
A:
You can get 35lbs total is you fill it to the max, and pop up this inner lining to help with this. The problem is then the bags rip. So I have them filled to 15lbs per side of paver sand instead of play sand.A:
When filled with beach sand, they're about 25 lbs eachAnswers

Old question, but I'll answer for others who may have same concern. Here's what my order included...
Each piece has two bags sewn together.
Each order has 4 pieces; enough to secure 4 canopy legs.
A:
Yes. You will get a set of four, so 8 bags to fill.A:
One set is four bags (one for each leg of the canopy) and each bag has two connected tubular zippered chambers that you fill with sand.A:
One set of 4 at the current price of $24.99 will accommodate all 4 canopy legs.Details:
Just checking to see if this is exclusively for King Canopy or if it can be used for other brands. Thank you.Answers

Old post, but I'll answer for others who may have same concern. These are not brand-specific. They wrap around the leg and use included Velcro to secure. I used my set on a backyard canopy that has 3" legs. Works fine. I suppose you might have a problem if the leg is much wider than that.
A:
Yep no problem with an easy up. Just make sure you are gentle with the velcro strap otherwise it will break off.A:
Yes, absolutely any brand, as the bags wrap around the legs and secure with a velcro strap. When you raise or lower the canopy, you may need to adjust the velcro strap to loosen or tighten, depending on the thickness of the legs. I use mine on EZ Up, but any brand is fine.1 of 1
