Rated 5 out of 5 by this rub gives meat best color and appearance i love this rub because it's got a good flavor and it gives my butts an awesome color before they ever go on the smoker. It makes a pretty, tasty bark on the meat too. It's pretty amazing the difference the right rub makes.
