Rated 5 out of 5Â by racava Best knife ever
I bought this knife in San Antonio, TX during a vacation. This knife is not just beautiful, but made of a great quality materials. The blade is made of spring steel, one of the best steels for knifes, and swords. Out of the box, the blade is very sharp, and well polished. You have to be careful when handling the blade. Finally, I was very impressed with the art, its details, wow, it is a show piece.
I like it so much that is one of my center piece on my collection. It is worth the money expended on it.

This knife is not the quality I was expecting. For a knife this size it's to lite; I was expecting the blade to be at least twice as thick. The blade is not good quality for the price The quality could and should be kicked up a notch.

I bought my Ken Richardson Bear Bowie
Knife in Kenai Alaska in 1985 and it still looks the same today as it did when I bought it. There is no comparison to the quality of this knife. the balance and the weight are perfect. the Blade is the strongest and the lightest carbon steel i have ever seen on a knife. and i have used it to skin and quarter whitetail Deer it is a great knife.
i will pass it down through my daughter to use and to pass it down. you wont regret buying a Ken Richardson knife.
