This is the best device on the market for carolina rig fishing. The steel coated cable makes for an exceptionally tough and long lasting rig even through the toughest brush / tree tops. Don't be fooled that carolina rigs "spook" the fish ... I have fished side-by-side with texas rigs using the same identical bait and outfished them each and every time! Quick to tie-on -- use about a 3' leader and a quality hook. 3/4 oz was my favorite, however for some reason only 1/2 oz and 1/4 oz are being sold here now!?? Been using this rig for many years ...tried others, but this is far superior!

I think this Clacker rig makes it simple to start using a carolina rig, our waters in my area do not allow for alot of this type of rig. Being simple to hook up, made starting to catch fish a breeze.
