Were's the directions for the glue? There web site doesn't even have them and they make the stuff??? Does have a long work time, but who knows if I'm doing it right?

I believe it would yes. I'm using it on a phenolic deck that's designed for the surfacing of outdoor skate park ramps though. One thing to keep in mind with using pressure treated plywood though if I remember correctly, is that the copper they use in the process (since the EPA outlawed the use of arsenic) will have a galvonic reaction with your fasteners and they will corrode badly and quickly.
