Good flavor, plus you can see the borwn sugar in it. I mixed a 1/2 cup of it, with a 1/2 cup of yellow mustard, and a 1/2 cup of spicy mustard, for a rub on a big slow 16 hour brisket; it was very good. It was great on a beer can chicken, pork shoulders, and drumsticks too.
I don't BBQ or smoke as much as I would like, so this is easier than keeping home made rub around.
