The Flash Cooking System is designed to be one of the safest out there. The cooking cup clips onto the burner, preventing accidental spills, and the fuel canister tripod assures overall stability. The insulated cozy has a color-changing heat indicator that signals when contents are hot. Fits onto 100 g. or 230 g. Jetboil Jetpower isobutane/propane cartridges (not included). Volume: 32 oz. I needed a stove for camping and a friend recommended this unit.
I filled it with 30 oz. of water, turned it on and in less than 2 minutes it was boiling. The unit is everything I needed and more. Great indicator that changes color as the temp of water gets hot.
Now I can quickly turn the MREs into edible meals and more importantly, make that much needed coffee.
