I used this right after I received it and was extremely happy with the results. Peppers cooked this way are much more flavorful than fried, stuffed peppers!

I was surprised and pleased at the sturdiness of the rack and the quality of the corer. It made doing pepper poppers a snap.

I would recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat. It is solid. Not flimsy at all and it holds twice as many jalapenos as other brands that I have seen tat cost twice the price. Shipping was really fast. I plan on getting a few more for birthday presents.

well constructed. the corer very useful at getting the pepper seeds out without damaging the pepper. Truley enjoyed how the stand kept the pepers standing upright so that the stuffing mix didn't run out when the pepper got hot. I gave it 4 stars because it comes with no instructions/ suggestions on how to use. Also, I was hoping for some receips with it. The one I use is very good but I know their are many many more variations out there.

I HAVE MY OWN WHICH I HAVE USED A COUPLE OF TIMES.BROWN 1/2 LB OF JIMMY DEANS HOT SUASAGE AND DRAIN
ADD SAUSAGE AND SOME FINELY CUT UP ONION TO 1 PACKAGE OF CREAMCHEESE. STUFF PEPPERS WITHIN 1/4 INCH OF PEPPERS. WRAP BACON OVER THE TOP AND SECURE WITH TOOTH PICK. DO NOT OVER COOK. USE REMAINING STUFFING IN
